TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
We strive to bring you a unique and high quality product at a fair price. For these reasons we must
adhere to the company policies listed below. We really appreciate your business and feel confident
of your continuing success with our product. Meeka Footwear has shown tremendous sell through
and has created a continuing loyal customer base.
ORDERING AND DELIVERY
We do not pre-pack shoes for the convenience of our customers. New customers ship about 4
weeks out. Re-orders can ship anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks depending on demand of a
particular product. Minimum opening order is 30 pair - 6 per color. Minimum re-order is 8 pair.
Less than 8 pair will impose a 4.00 surcharge per pair.
NEW CUSTOMERS
New customers will be set up on COD or Credit Card terms. We accept MasterCard, Visa,
American Express or Discover
RA REQUESTS
We take special care to provide you with a quality product. We are happy to exchange any product
which was incorrectly shipped or defective. However, we cannot accept well worn shoes that have
lost beading. We myst be notified of any problems within 30 days of ship date. All returns must
